I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

I will do my best to complete your commission in a timely manner but I value quality and detail so please be patient.

Please provide visual references. I find it hard to do commissions based on descriptions alone so any references you could provide would be a great help.

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will also be permanently added to my personal blacklist meaning you will no longer be able to conduct any business with me in future. You will be refunded only 50% of the total payment if you fail to adhere to common courtesy.

I expect full payment upfront but you can chose to pay 50% before and after the commission is complete.

Prices may increase based on character complexity and on added accessories such as weapons, clothes, jewelry etc.

I do give full refunds but only before the coloring phase has begun.

If after the coloring phase has begun you need to cancel your commission for any reason I will issue a partial refund, myslef only keeping 25% of the total payment. This also applies if, on the rare occasion, I need to cancel your commission.

I will send WIPs of the commission before moving on with the next phase, these moments are your opportunity to ask for any changes to be made/added.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. I will give you a maximum of three (3) minor revisions at this time. More than that and I will add an additional fee. This fee must be paid in full before I proceed to make any adjustments.

Once the finished artwork is accepted, I will message you one transparent version and one watermarked version of the work for social media purposes.

All artwork I make will be posted onto my social media accounts unless requested otherwise.

Reposting is permitted but only with proper credit.

Any artwork from me is for personal use only. It may be used as profile pictures, banners, etc. but under no circumstances is my work to be used for profit or marketing.

I own all rights to my work. Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.
